Our Story
GroundsMore 由一位香港永續發展專業人士創立，將多年的環保工作帶入最日常的消費選擇——一塊肥皂。
GroundsMore was founded by a Hong Kong sustainability professional, bringing years of environmental work into the most everyday of choices — a bar of soap.
品牌理念
The Idea
香港是一個高消費城市。每天，無數咖啡店將大量廢棄咖啡渣直接丟進垃圾桶，最終進入堆填區，釋放溫室氣體。但咖啡渣本身富含咖啡因、抗氧化物，具天然磨砂效果——是護膚的優質原料。
Hong Kong is a city of high consumption. Every day, countless cafés discard spent coffee grounds straight into the bin, destined for landfill where they release greenhouse gases. Yet those same grounds are rich in caffeine, antioxidants, and natural grit — premium skincare ingredients hiding in plain sight.
GroundsMore 做的事很簡單：在咖啡渣成為廢棄物之前收集它，將它製成有效、天然的護膚皂，讓每一位顧客成為循環經濟的參與者。
GroundsMore does something simple: intercept those grounds before they become waste, craft them into effective, natural skincare, and make every customer a participant in the circular economy.
循環優先 — 廢棄物在離開來源地前就已有新用途，閉合資源循環。
Circular first — Waste is intercepted at source before it ever enters the disposal stream.
本地優先 — 從採集到製作，全程在香港完成，縮短供應鏈，減少碳排放。
Local first — From collection to crafting, everything happens in Hong Kong, minimising supply chain emissions.
誠實優先 — 不過度包裝環保主張。我們做的事很具體：收集廢料，製成好產品。
Honest first — No greenwashing. What we do is concrete: collect waste, make something good from it.

我們的實踐
What We Do
GroundsMore 與香港本地咖啡店合作，定期收集廢棄咖啡渣。咖啡渣經過處理、乾燥後，與植物油及天然精油結合，手工製成每一塊肥皂。
GroundsMore works with local Hong Kong cafés to collect their spent grounds on a regular basis. The grounds are processed and dried, then combined with plant oils and natural essential oils to hand-craft every bar.
包裝以再生紙製作，不使用任何塑膠。平郵寄送，減少額外碳排放。每一個環節都有意識地選擇對環境影響最小的方式。
Packaging is recycled paper, no plastic. Local post for delivery, minimising transport emissions. Every step is a deliberate choice to reduce environmental impact.
這不是一門宏大的事業，而是一個誠實的嘗試——用最直接的方式，讓循環經濟從你的浴室開始。
This isn't a grand enterprise. It's an honest attempt — to make circular economy start in the most ordinary place: your bathroom.
創辦人
Founder
曾在香港一可持續發展的公共機構工作近四年，主導一綠色認證計劃，並參與眾多可持續發展及ESG（環境、社會及管治）的項目管理、人員培訓、宣傳推廣及公眾教育等工作。
Worked for nearly four years at a sustainability-focused public organisation in Hong Kong, spearheading a green certification programme and contributing to numerous sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives. Responsibilities encompassed project management, staff training, promotional campaigns, and public education.
其後於加拿大滑鐵盧大學完成環境與商業碩士學位（2025），專注 ESG 報告、永續金融及碳管理。
Subsequently completed a Master of Environment and Business at the University of Waterloo, Canada (2025), focused on ESG reporting, sustainable finance, and carbon management.
多年從事永續發展及ESG工作，深明政策與大型項目的重要性。但同樣相信，改變也可以從最小的日常選擇開始。
Years in sustainability and ESG have taught me that policy and large-scale projects matter enormously. But so do the smallest everyday choices.
GroundsMore 是一個實驗——用最直接的方式，讓循環經濟從消費者的浴室開始，而非停留在報告和會議室裡。
GroundsMore is an experiment: making circular economy start in the bathroom, not just in reports and boardrooms. If sustainability professionals don't demonstrate it personally, who will?
